WOG’s Reopening for In-Person Worship Strategy

White Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church

Reopening for In-Person Worship Strategy

White Oak Grove  Missionary Baptist Church (WOG) Family and Friends, we are entering a great season of Hope and Expectation, as we are now armed with a strategy to re-enter into In-Person Worship at our 2600 Assembly Road location.

The pandemic was a spiritual shock to many.  Over the past 16 months, our Sunday church has devolved with you watching the service online. We are excited to reopen so those who are comfortable attending in-person, can do so.  We will continue to Live Stream the service for those who prefer to remain at home.

We are doing everything we can to protect you, our community, and our staff during the pandemic.  To this extent, WOG will be following the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and North Carolina Interior Guidance for Places of Worship and Religious Services regarding safe practices and sanitation.

If you are feeling ill, please stay home. Do not enter the church facilities if you have these symptoms of COVID-19:

  • Fever or Chills
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • New Loss of Taste or Smell

WOG is following these enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Virus:

  • Mask are required for everyone entering the church facilities, ages 3 and up. The mask should stay on, covering your mouth and nose, from the time your exit your vehicle until the time your re-enter your vehicle.
  • Sanitizer will be available in the lobby. You are not required to use hand sanitizer; it is there for anyone who desires to use it.
  • Ushers will escort you in and out of the sanctuary. Please be patient as we get everyone in and out safely.
  • We strongly suggest you keep contact with others at a minimal (no hugging, kissing, or handshaking). You will be asked to exit the sanctuary and church grounds immediately after service concludes.
  • The entire facility, including bathrooms, lobby and the sanctuary will be sanitized prior to each service. All surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant before and after each service.
  • The church offices will be closed. If you need to speak with the Pastor or Leadership, please schedule an appointment.

By attending any activity at White Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church,  I agree to release White Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

White Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church agrees to abide by these standards and affirms the same.
